PCH Civil is delivering the Forward Works 2 package for CPB Contractors at the East Perth Primary School project. The works form part of the early enabling and civil infrastructure package required to support future building and site development works within a constrained inner-city construction environment.

The scope includes:

• Bulk earthworks, site preparation, filling, compaction and disposal of excess material.

• Construction of drainage basins, overflow channels and rock protection.

• Installation of stormwater and subsoil drainage systems, including pits and pipes.

• Supply and installation of stormwater and irrigation tanks.

• Construction of limestone laydown areas, crane pads and piling pads.

• Car park roadbase and crossover works.

• Excavation and backfilling for retaining walls and footings.

• Removal of redundant infrastructure.

• Construction of reinforced concrete retaining walls, footings and slabs.

• Supply and installation of reinforcement, formwork and associated concrete works.
