PCH Civil delivered the full construction of a new warehouse and fabrication workshop facility for Steelworx. Including civil, structural, building and services works across a 4,000m² industrial site.

• Bulk and detailed earthworks for site preparation

• Stormwater drainage and inground services installation

• Electrical and plumbing services throughout the facility

• Limestone retaining wall construction

• Supply and erection of concrete tilt-up panels

• Construction of a 1,000m² concrete workshop slab

• Installation of approximately 50 tonnes of structural steel

• Internal office fit-out including partitions, services and finishes
