PCH Civil delivered the enabling works package for the Swan Active Ellenbrook project on behalf of the City of Swan. Preparing the site for future construction activities and playing an essential part in laying a solid foundation for this community-driven development.

The scope included:

• Site clearing, vegetation removal and tree mulching

• Bulk earthworks including 24,000m³ of excavation and 4,000m³ material export

• Detailed earthworks for future pool and basement areas

• Sediment and erosion control installation

• Temporary and permanent fencing works

• Final trimming and site grading for handover to subsequent construction phases
