Len Packham Sporting Reserve Upgrade

PCH Civil delivered the Len Packham Sporting Reserve Upgrade for the City of Cockburn, transforming the reserve into a modern multi-use sporting facility.

• Site preparation and demolition of existing turf, paving, surfacing, asphalt, basecourse and fencing

• Bulk earthworks and subgrade preparation

• Limestone pavement, concrete paving, barrier kerbs and asphalt surfacing

• Installation of stormwater drainage including gully pits, soak wells and PVC pipework

• New acrylic sports surfaces and court line marking

• Supply and installation of tennis and pickleball infrastructure

• Installation of new 3.6m high mesh fencing and pedestrian gates

• Floodlighting upgrade including new poles, luminaires, distribution board and conduits

• Installation of CCTV, communications and the ‘Book-A-Court’ system with smart lighting controls

• Irrigation modifications, verge reinstatement and turf remediation
